All claims/incidents will be reviewed during the initial call

· We will endeavour to assess the reason or circumstance of the home emergency:

o By offering helpful advice initially to stablise the situation before deploying a contractor;

o It is our intention to treat all customers fairly.

· Each case will be evaluated individually. However should it be found that the incident is not covered under the terms and conditions, the customer will be charged for the call-out and subsequent repair work.
